Open Flash Chart is used on the Venezuelan Referendum results web page. I have taken a screen shot, just incase the web page dissapears.

Not sure where to put this link, but a guy called rocksock created a cool javascript interface to the charts. It lets you update the chart dynamically from a little, sexy control panel.
