Here is my second home made kite. A ram air sled.

In this photo you can see the bottom of the kite sewn together.

Here you can see how I make the templates from sheets of A4 stuck together. The nicks from the paper let me align the sheets more accuratly.

Then I trace round the template onto the chickara and cut it out.

The vodka is optional.
