Pretty fucking funny and pretty fucking dangerous
Hermit crab hibernation
Our hermies are starting to come back out of the sand! They were all buried, but yesterday I saw one scampering around, so in the evening I put some food in for him. But he'd buried himself again. Odd. But I left the food in there just in case. In the morning all the food was gone!
Our big crab survived the moult and has come up and eaten everything in the tank! Cool!
I have some photo's at home which I will upload this evening.
Scary kids book
I try not to post links from digg.com, but this one is priceless. The scariest kids book. Ever.
It is wrong in sooooooo many different ways.
Just some links I want to save:

And then there was the high-ranking officer in WW II who spent months counting all the bullet holes on the returning bombers, then did a big presentation on how those areas should have armor added. At the end of his presentation a lower-ranking officer asked "Shouldn't we, instead, add more armor to those areas that are only lightly holed? After all, this sample represents only the planes that came back."
Biffy Clyro means
I like Puzzle, the new music from Biffy Clyro. I really like it.
But what the fuck does Biffy Clyro mean? They are from Scotland, so I thought maybe it was where they came from. Nope. I did a lot of searches but could find nowt.
Eventually I took Trays advice and just asked google, "What does Biffy Clyro mean?", top link was: define:Biffy Clyro. Clever.
"Biffy Clyro" is a spoonerism! Someone in the band had a Cliff Richard biro pen. So I guess it was his Cliffy Biro -> spoonerism -> Biffy Clyro.
Who wouldn't want a Cliff Richard biro? I'm on eBay RIGHT NOW...
